AccessLex Institute invites Letters of Intent (LOI) for its Financial Education Research Grant program, due June 30. RSP requests researchers report pandemic-related impacts to their sponsored projects via a newly developed reporting tool.

Spencer Foundation’s Large Research Grants Program Intent to Apply deadline is June 18, with full applications due July 14. The Foundation for Child Development’s Young Scholars Program (YSP) supports early-career faculty doing implementation research in the early care and education workforce – LOI due June 30. The Institute of Education Sciences (IES) released grant guidelines for its FY2021 programs in Education Research and Special Education Research – LOI due June 11. A small grants environmental and sustainability program from Quadratec invites applications, due June 30. For graduate students: Open Society Foundations has a grant program for non-U.S.-born doctoral students doing social science or humanities research in their home countries, due July 22. In NSF news, the agency is extending its deadline for requiring new formats for biosketch and current and pending support.

A reminder that the OVCRGE’s Grant Writing Boot Camp for social scientists has a June 1 application deadline. In research-related news, UW-Madison has new fringe benefit rates for FY21. The Craft Futures Fund invites proposals for creative craft projects related to COVID-19, due May 12. The SMPH at UW-Madison is overseeing an internal competition for the Hartwell Foundation Individual Biomedical Research Awards, due May 28.
