Connie Flanagan, PhD, was interviewed by the Chilean national newspaper, El Mercurio, in the context of the keynote lecture she delivered at the meetings of the Center for Studies of Conflict and Cohesion (COES) November 9/10 in Vina del Mar, Chile. As Chileans gear up for the upcoming national elections, the interview focused on why the years before 18 are an important time for civic discussions and actions and how parents and teachers can engage children’s interest.
