I am a second-year PhD student in the Consumer Behavior & Family Economics program. I received my undergraduate degree in econometrics and social psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and my master’s degree in organizational behavior from Claremont Graduate University. After graduating, I worked as an analyst in the ESG sector. I am currently interested in the financial behavior of young adults, particularly how they use BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) services. I am also interested in conspicuous consumption driven by these factors.
