Brenda K ChamberlainDean's Advisory Board Membershe/her

I bring more than two decades of experience translating strategy, and evidence into practical solutions that advance health and wellbeing. A seasoned executive and organizational strategist, I particularly enjoy building cross-sector partnerships and developing measures to understand what is working, improve quality, and connect investment to impact. My education in both applied epidemiology and human-centered design give me a distinctive ability to bridge rigorous research with real-world human behavior, turning complex data and emerging ideas into strategies that are adoptable and meaningful to the communities they serve.

Why do you care about Human Ecology?

Human ecology sits right at the intersection of human behavior, community systems, and innovation. It is where knowledge and infrastructure are transformed into lived, everyday wellbeing.

What excites you about your role as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board?

I am a proud Badger and passionate about the Wisconsin Idea. It is an honor to support the Dean and contribute to fostering sustainable, healthy, and economically resilient communities in Wisconsin and beyond.
