Upon completing the human resources track of UW–Madison’s Job Rotation Program in August 2024, I began a full-time position with the School of Human Ecology’s Human Resources team. One of my four 6-month rotations was with Human Ecology, and I am thrilled to be back in such an invigorating, welcoming environment!
I am passionate about incorporating industrial organizational (IO) psychology into my role as a human resources practitioner. Bridging the gap between IO psychology research and human resources practices at the school will help ensure that strategic decisions are driven by data, employees are equipped to thrive at work, and students ultimately receive a high-quality education.
