I am a PhD student in the Consumer Behavior & Family Economics program. My research focuses on consumer decision-making, particularly in the financial marketplace. I hold a master’s degree in consumer science from Seoul National University and a bachelor’s degree in consumer studies and psychology from Ewha Womans University. Drawing on both academic training and industry experience at Hana Bank in South Korea, I use quantitative methods to explore ways to improve consumer financial decision-making.
