Oona Mackesey-GreenGraduate Studentshe/her/hers

I am a first year PhD student in the School of Human Ecology’s Civil Society & Community Research program, as well as an MS student in the Department of Geography. I am interested in participatory research to understand the disparate health and environmental impacts of PFAS accumulation in water, fish and food webs. I am particularly interested in community interactions with policy responses to contamination and in the opportunities of systems change through grassroots organizing.
