Bo OwenExhibition and Engagement Managerthey/them/theirs

In my role at the School of Human Ecology, I coordinate exhibitions in the Lynn Mecklenberg Textile Gallery and the Ruth Davis Design Gallery. I work with collaborators and the entire team at the Nancy M. Bruce Center for Design and Material Culture. I manage the stages of transformation from ideas into the material aspects of exhibitions. I plan and facilitate exhibition-related events and programs. My background as a curator, art historian, and community organizer support me as I work toward the center’s goals of building and strengthening connections across campus and among communities through exhibitions.
