I received my BFA in illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and my MA in library and information studies from UW–Madison with a concentration in archives/special collections and digitization. My areas of interest and practice include printmaking, bookmaking, and comics.
Working for the Helen Louise Allen Textile Collection has given me a new way to consider the artistry and significance of textiles, as well as the context and information material culture offers when considering human stories and legacies.
