I am a Fulbright scholar and a PhD student in the Consumer Behavior & Family Economics program. My current research interest focuses on household finance, specifically household debt and its determinants, as well as investment decisions and asset management.
Prior to starting my PhD, I served as a principal researcher at the Puey Ungphakorn Institute for Economic Research (PIER) at the Bank of Thailand (BOT). In this role, I gained significant research experience in development economics, monetary policy, and finance, working closely with academic and research institutions both domestically and internationally.
I hold a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Michigan where I studied under a full-time scholarship from the BOT. Additionally, I earned a master of arts in public administration from Thammasat University and a bachelor of business administration (first class honors) in banking and finance from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
