ANGUS EXHIBIT | SOHE STUDENT INTERNSHIP
Angus’ New Exhibit at the Florence Griswold Museum

Design Studies Professor Jennifer Angus’ exhibition at the Florence Griswold Museum was featured in Ink Magazine. Angus’ exhibit is one of four at the museum under the theme Fragile Earth; The Naturist Impulse in Contemporary Art, where all the artists create pieces that raise awareness about environmental destruction. Titled Silver Wings and Golden Scales; Or, An Evening of Metamorphosis at the Lyme Art Colony, her exhibit features walls artfully covered in various insects arranged to look like wallpaper. She unsuspectingly creates beauty from these insects while informing visitors of their importance to the ecosystem. Read more about Angus’ exhibit here.
